I would have liked the night staff to stop waking me up throughout the night! Sleep was so important and the disturbance made me feel lousy the next day
The consultant isn’t round enough you just see him once a week for ten mins the nurses are the real workers and without them the ward would be awful
The Matron is great always available always helpful calm and very very kind most of the staff are like her so she trains them well one or two are right bastards and we’re niether kind or helpful I have told Carol who they are
The ward manager seemed nice but is rarely seen alwaysin her office or the main office, Paul was very kind to my wife and Guy, Dennis and Alison are always very nice to everyone
Good food clean ward and always staff available for a chat
More comfy chairs please andbin different areas of the ward would be a massive improvement

There were times at which I was given misleading or contradictory information, but I know this was due to oversight and not deliberate. Generally speaking, staff were friendly and accommodating, and I have enjoyed banter and laughs with many of them.
